How long does setup actually take?
Ten minutes for the app itself. If you have an existing member list, allow another hour for the import, which we do with you. Most venues are running it the same night they install it.
Does it work on Android, or in a browser?
Foyer runs on iPhone and iPad, plus a web app, so the door can run it from any device with a browser.
What happens if the venue WiFi drops mid-night?
The app keeps working offline and syncs automatically when the network returns. Check-ins are never lost.
Can I import an existing member list?
Yes. CSV, Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets or a screenshot of your current list. We bring your data across as part of the included setup.
What's the difference between Essentials and Pro?
Essentials runs the door: members, guest lists, booths, birthdays and live analytics, with up to 5 staff accounts. Promoter tracking is Pro only. Pro adds promoter QR codes and live tallies, payouts and ABA bank files, texts to promoters, multiple venues, unlimited staff accounts and priority support.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Pay monthly, cancel any time, no exit fee. Your data is yours, and we'll send it to you as a CSV on the way out.
